Trend Micro to acquire Mobile Armor for Expanded Data Protection

Pursuant to a definitive agreement, Trend Micro is purchasing Mobile Armor, an innovative encryption specialist based in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, in a move to expand its data protection product portfolio. Mobile Armor’s offerings provide full-disk, file/folder, and removable media encryption for endpoints complementing Trend Micro’s existing data loss prevention, email encryption and cloud encryption products.
