Job Description

  • Working in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers
  • The Technical Account Manager will be the bridge between our corporate Premium Support customers and our Germany based support professionals to effectively solve customer problems
  • The Technical Account Manager (TAM) will take ownership of the prime support relationship with our customers to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both onsite, online and via telephone
  • This person will work in cooperation with our Russian Master Distributor APL (Key Account Manager) in Moscow
  • Approx. 50% of her/his time the TAM will participate in Technical Sales Meetings with Key Accounts
  • The TAM will be engaged in technical preparation of Key Account Projects (RFOs, Security Policies)
 

Requirements

  • The person we are looking for has to be a native Russian speaker with very good English skills
  • She\He must to be able to work independently and with a great self engagement
  • She\He must have excellent networking skills
  • She\He must have experience in working in an international environment
  • Preferably this person worked as a Post Sales Engineer for an international Software company before already
  • Previous experience with network operations, troubleshooting, and management in a multi-protocol (TCP/IP) routed network is required
  • MCP certification in Windows NT 4.0 or 2000 required
 

Qualifications/Education/Experience

  • Having some Sales experiences would be highly appreciated
  • Several years proven experience gained in a post sales or customer support background gained ideally within a international software company
  • Several years of technical experience across Microsoft and/or UNIX (AS/400 or S390) Operating Systems and/or hands on experience in general high tech industry required
  • Several years specialized skills in one or more of the following areas of technology required: Server\Desktop Operating Systems, Networking Architecture, Messaging Servers, Firewalls, Inter-relational Products and Peripherals customized to each clients network
 

  • One or more of the following certifications or related experience desired: MCSE Certification NT 4.0 or MCSE 2000 Certification, Unix System Administrator/Solaris Administrator, Certified Lotus Professional (CLP), CNA or CNE
  • MCSE Certified preferable and CCSA, CCSE, CCNA or CCIE highly desirable.
